pq99 Frequently Asked Questions

Yes, demo mode is available on most slot games at pq99. In demo mode, you can explore game features, bonus rounds, and payline structures without spending real money. However, winnings from demo mode cannot be withdrawn — you need to play with real money to win real rewards.

If your budget is limited, look for slots with a low minimum bet. Low-volatility games generally pay out smaller wins more frequently, so your balance tends to last longer. Check the paytable before starting a game. Splitting your total budget into smaller bets extends your playing time and reduces risk.

In progressive jackpot slots, a small portion of each player's bet is added to a growing prize pool. When someone wins the jackpot, the pool resets to zero and starts building again. This is why the jackpot amount keeps increasing over time. The conditions for winning vary by game — typically a specific combination or triggering a bonus round gives you a chance at the jackpot.

In most slots, landing a set number of scatter symbols at the same time triggers the free spins round. During free spins, no bet is deducted from your own balance — the game spins on its own and any winnings are added to your balance. Some games also add multipliers or special symbols during free spins, which can increase your rewards further.

RTP, or Return to Player, is a theoretical percentage that shows how much of the total amount wagered a game returns to players over the long run. It is a mathematical average — it does not guarantee a win in any single session. Every spin is completely independent and random. Understanding RTP can help you make decisions, but results always vary.

Cancelling a bonus is possible, but any winnings earned from that bonus will also be forfeited. To cancel a bonus, go to your account settings or inform the support team via live chat. If you prefer to play without a bonus, choose not to accept the bonus offer at the time of deposit.

For example: if you deposit ৳1,000 you receive a ৳2,000 bonus, and you must wager ৳2,000 × 25 = ৳50,000 before withdrawing bonus winnings. The maximum bonus amount is ৳20,000.

Slot game bets generally count in full toward the wagering requirement. Table games or live casino games may count at a different rate or may be excluded entirely. Check your account's bonus page or the terms and conditions for specific details. If in doubt, ask the support team.

Yes, every bonus has an expiry period. If the wagering requirement is not met within the set time, the bonus and any winnings from it may be cancelled. Read the expiry terms when accepting a bonus and start playing in time. Check the bonus section of your account for the specific expiry period.
